[SHÈ, Hong Kong] Recently tried out @shehongkong , a sleek, Western-influenced Chinese restaurant in @hkifcmall . Their 8-course dinner is reasonably priced at HK$498 per head and portions are very generous:
1. Assorted dim sum
2. Sesame okra salad
3. Double-boiled soup with coconut, sea conch & cordyceps flower
4. Honey glazed BBQ Kurobuta char siu 🐷
5. Chili stir-fried prawns
6. Braised pea shoots in broth
7. Homemade shredded duck soup flat noodles (really satisfying!🤤)
8. Desserts - Homemade almond tea & Goji osmanthus crystal cake @ SHÈ
